It reads the charges-detail QR. An IESCO bill also carries a 1LINK payment QR, an e-fan QR and a barcode — the reader ignores those automatically and selects the correct one.

The QR will not scan. What should I do?
Upload a sharp, well-lit photo of the whole bill, or the official PDF. Avoid blurry or cropped images. The tool can then compare the codes and pick the charges QR.
Can I read a bill PDF instead of a photo?
Yes. Tap Upload Bill and choose the official IESCO e-bill PDF. The reader renders each page and finds the QR. Reading PDFs needs an internet connection the first time.
Does it work offline?
After the page has loaded once, scanning photos and using the camera work without internet. PDF reading requires a connection to load its engine the first time.
Why is the consumer name or arrears missing?
The QR only stores the current month's charges. The consumer name, billing dates and any arrears are printed on the paper bill but are not encoded in the QR.

Yes. You can Copy the details, download a CSV, Share, or Print / Save as PDF — which produces a tidy one-page summary.
